What data we process

The quote request form asks for the following: name, email address, organisation or company name, and the content of the message you write. We also record which product the enquiry relates to and which language version of the site it came from.

Purpose and legal basis

We process the data solely in order to answer your enquiry and prepare a quote. The legal basis is your consent, which you give before submitting the form.

The quote request form currently submits through a Google LLC service (Google Forms). This means the data you enter also reaches Google systems. If the company switches to a different provider, this section must be updated too.
